Our Leadership
Our management team is lead by Mrs. Chay C. Watkins. Chay is a career sales professional and veteran business owner. She founded Axis in 2019 as a laboratory testing company specializing in DNA-based genetic relationship testing. Chay eventually found her passion in helping other entrepreneurs elevate their own brands through strategic operational and marketing support.
Chay is a graduate of Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. She completed her secondary education in Maastricht, Netherlands and spent her formative years in Belgium. Chay speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian.
Chay and her family live in Birmingham, Alabama, where she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., among other organizations.
